Overview

An international Master’s degree for Italian and non-Italian students, taught entirely in English, that produces graduates qualified to take up management or consultancy positions in small and medium-sized enterprises operating in international markets.
You will improve your management skills and your ability to deal with international issues in small and medium-sized enterprises. You will learn to analyse and understand the fundamentals of industrial economics and business administration as they relate to the internationalisation of small and medium-sized enterprises, integrating performance, organisational and financial skills.

The Master’s strengths are:
- Taught entirely in English;
- A practical approach combining theory and practice. Candidates will develop leadership skills through practical experience of project management that will be useful when working with the subjects in their future careers.
- Active teaching strategies in small groups to develop students’ skills and abilities (problem-based learning, project teaching, workshops, case studies…);
- The possibility of combining dissertation research and internship or project work for active collaboration with companies, also during the study period.
- Double degree programmes with Kristianstad University, Southern Denmark University, East Anglia University.
- Several integrated projects for study, training or dissertation research abroad (Erasmus+, Atlante, etc.).
- A department at the forefront of research on environmental issues and innovation management, with a unique intersection between research and teaching.
- Orientation and tutoring service to help students to be informed about academic choices and the academic community.
